The first thing you should do is have a good read of recent Windows 10 posts in this forum. You will then know about the common problems and solutions. You will observe that the bizarre instruction to re-install IE6 was both fixed with a nifty registry
edit, and then rendered unnecessary by a Windows 10 update. This is why Cal advises as he does. You might want to think about update to the latest (free) version of MSMoney for your country. Check for file compatibility though. Good luck.
