CRM Connector for SQL Server Reports - where to install? RRS feed

    I have A CRM 4 server where CRM is installed, but it uses a SQL Server 2005 instance, which is located on a different server.  I'm trying to get the CRM reports up and running on my CRM server, so I'm assuming I need this connector as well, but do I install it on the CRM server?  (to connect to the SQL Server) or do I install it on the SQL Server (to connect to the CRM server)

    Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
