    I have the product key and the Certificate of Authenticity but i don't have the cd i losted it and need a download for it!!

    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare.
    I don't know that you'll be able to obtain replacement media and there is no official download for this product as it is long out of production.
