  • You have an adware infection that One Care either cannot detect or cannot remove. Please contact support for help with removal. How to reach support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

  • I don't recommend this for those with not much registry  experience cause if you delete wrong thing you might be fixing or reloading your OS.  But my wife's p.c in the last week, she evidently, downloaded something and got CiD hungup on her computer. Constant pop-ups. I fixed it in 5 seconds by editing the registry and getting rid of it. Worked perfectly.
