Moving from Dynamics Online to On Premise

Question
-
Does anyone know the process to get a copy of our DB for us to move our Dynamics from Online to On-Premise.
I am still awaiting a call-back from Microsoft, but I figured it doesn't hurt to post here :)

They will, migration to on-prem is fully supported.

I do not know much about whether or not they will give a copy of the db for CRM Online. I have migrated CRM Online to On-Premise using a migration tool like Scribe before.

We helped a client through the process of migrating their CRM Online Organisation to our hosted environment.
It took a ridiculously long period of time (we were the first to do so in the region, apparently), but once it's all sorted out, the process is relatively painless.
