Are migrated threads supposed to be filtered?

  Just a "that's weird, wonder if it's okay" question.  My My Threads page always had a big wad of threads that were migrated but not getting filtered by the Unread filter.  About 2,400 of them, give or take.  I asked a few times if you could mark them read, you might remember.  Since Thursday's update, those threads no longer appear.
