    I tried using Sharedview with a friend and when I initiate the session, she sees a scrambled screen image of my desltop (you're able to see this by checking her view), yet I can see her desktop fine.  Any thoughts?

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for using Microsoft SharedView!

     

    Can you please provide us your logs - 

    To find the log - “Start” -> “Run” -> type “%temp%” (without quotes).

    The filename should be something like sharedview-debug20.txt.

     

    Also, what platform are you using?
