Enable Tracing for MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client RRS feed

  • Hi,

    i want to trace and grab the logs in the client machine for MS CRM 2011 outlook client.

    in the client macchine, the logs folder i do not see, even if i use the diagnostic tool by enabling the trace check box, still no trace folder as the speficied path "Drive:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MSCRM\"

    no Trace folder at all.

    then if i register a key(only i did TraceEnabled=1) in the machine as per  the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490 still no luck...

    anyone have faced this and any idea...
