Records lists goes blank in the Dynamics CRM 2011 outlook client RRS feed

  • Having this strange problem. Using Outlook 2010 and the CRM Outlook client (rollup 14) connection to CRM 2011 online. All record lists Work fine the first time they are viewed, however if I return to a previously viewed list of records the list is blank (no records).  If I view accounts then opportunities and then go back to accounts then account is blank.  I have never seen this error before. Any suggestions?

    Have tries reinstalling the CRM Outlook client and also signing in as another user but the problem remains the same.

  • I would apply UR 15 to see if that helps.
