Nightmare!
I paid for the upgrade. I told them I am english and that my XP copy is english but (note I signed in here and said I am Canadian because) all e-mail and validation help sent is in KOREAN - I have no clue what is being said. I have sent 100 e-mails and get replys in Korean only.
I have been ripped off until someone steps up to the plate and says: 'gee, I guess a computer in Korea can have an english version of XP' - automated world...I wonder if I could sue?
3 weeks and waiting!
