  • Ooops - spoke too soon1

    It looks to me as if the current Key is the Default Key for XP SP3 - you need to use the Change Product Key tool to the one on your COA sticker, and activate that....

    Use the Product Key Update Tool - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, then reboot and  post a new MGADiag report so we can confirm that everything went OK

  • The SLUI commands only work in Vista and above - you are using XP.

    There should be a link in your All programs listing to activate - I can see no reason why it shouldn't work.

    Have you changed hardware or drivers recently?
