Errors in Scripts RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have an 20 server Exchange 2016 environment with 16 of those being in a DAG.  I run the Exchange Server Health Script by Paul Cunningham.  The script is throwing an error in the middle somewhere and part of the error states "specified shell id is incorrect or the shell no longer exists on the server".

Anyone know what might be causing this?

  • There is a comments section on Pauls script page:

  • This was confirmed as a bug in CU5 and CU6 - the Test-ExchangeSearch commands crashes powershell.
