Getting error when tracking email from unknown contact RRS feed

  • When users in our organization track an e-mail from a contact that is not in our CRM 2013 online we get the following error:

    "An unknow error occured while synchronizing data to Outlook.Item="   followed by the title of the e-mail.

    I think this might be due to wrong security settings in the users assigned role. Any sugestions to what I can try?
