  How do I keep new windows and alerts open on Win 7 sp1?

  How do I keep a currently used window or alert on top of other windows. This happens on all programs. I am doing something on a program and get a alert window. But I can not see it because it is at the bottom of all open windows. I have to close ALL the windows to find out if there is a alert problem.

  I have asked on other forum, but never had anyone try to help me.

  Please help me
