i can't install "microsoft fix it" on my windows xp syst.

  can not install the microsoft fix it program on my windows xp.

  dont feel bad  i have 3 ....xp pro ,xp home and a xp media center and i cant get it to download either fix it or the file it needs me to download in order to run it ,and the kicker is i used to have fix it on all of them now pfffft cant get past the first part where it says run fixit
