    Its really sad, But i think there must be some temporary bug in the system.. it will resolve soon.. how can someone just drop from the 1st location to 7th at one stroke.. and while others have moved up...

    well, looks like there have been some deduction of points, that can be the only case.. but than, still the list is changing again and again.. There are still names of the people whome we have never seen in the forums and nor have we seen them in the top list before..

    So if Admins are doing some check up, I propose that they check down the whole list, I mean checking each and every competitor.. so that it becomes fair... Even check mine, to make it fair...

    thats what i think. whole list of competitors should be checked. How can some new person can directly arrive in top 25, rather top 10 ?

    Admins seriously need to check the whole list. I also don't know whats the exact interpretation of fake referrals, for which many participants have lost points.

    Points for referral activities deleted. So rank shifted down to 8th. I think the same should be done for others too. why only apply them for few participants ?

    Don't be sad it hardly matters what you should see is that your points should be above 10000 so that you can sucessfully become a student partner.

    The present winners must be the from the Top participants from the Imagine Cup contest ...as more points can be won from there..

    You have still won the windows phone which I feel is a better prize the XboX 360
    untill and unless you are a gaming freek.

    Hey man, i dont think any IC student can get that many points to reach more than 20K
    Even if he is the winner of the MSAPP + IC, I think think they can make 20K+ without being top in the forums.
    This can be possible only if the admins have given them lots and lots and lots of point for some offline activities, which we are unaware of.

    Thanks Yogesh, I will be happy to get the windows phone. But i will miss my First rank. I always thought that windows phone was much better gift than the xbox360. Ill be happy with that.

    Only thing is the rank Smile it would have been more prestigious to get higher rank.

    Yeah there is a lot of fluctuation with the ranks. I dont understand, even my rank got increased by 10 and then again decreased by  2. The ranks in this contest are starting to look very much like the Stock Exchange. I hope my rank doesnt belong to dow jones...

    Man the admins are updating points slowly for everyone one by one. I think they will do just to everyone, and by the tiem the results are declared, they will have been completed their process. I just hope that its all done by tomorrow evening, so that we can almost get the results on the site  Smile

    honestly speaking.. i feel that the admins are doing their job pretty well and let them continue with it.. and i am keeping my fingers crossed for the results.. rite now i am at rank 38 which i feel is pretty good for a 1st year engineering student..

    I think even after 15th the points update will take place, as the admins will be reviewing the points for everyone who has crossed the 10K, and delete points for the fake activities that they did.
