How to submit log file RRS feed

  • I'm unable to submit the log file through the connect site (apparently I need to "apply" and every time I do I get this message: "An object that you requested, or that was needed to process your request could not be found."  I also can't submit the log through the email address of lmprev@microsoft.com since the log file is 15 megs and this exceeds the maximum attachment size.  Is there any way I can do this?

  • Hi Twentworth,

    If you would like please submit your email address to LMPrev@microsoft.com and I'll make sure your account is activated for the Connect site.

    Also, if you go to C:\Users\<your login name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Live Mesh\GacBase You'll see a number of MOE-computername-loginname .log files.  You can delete all but the lastest two and then run the Collect Live Mesh logs agian and it should be smaller.
