App proposal to microsoft

Hello,

I have an idea for an app that I'd like to propose to Microsoft. It's an app that although I am a developer, I can't do by myself as it has a hardware requirement that I don't believe exists! I would like to be in contact with Microsoft because I am interested to know what are the rules for compensation if such an idea was to work.

My guess is that your compensation for an idea would be absolutely zero though. Maybe you can go here and use this idea to pitch yourself:
