error 0x80131700

  i'm using windows 7 32 bit

  lenovo machine..

  firstly i cant finish installing .net framework 4

  then i cant update it

  after copying mscoree.dll i registered it and popout windows came out with warning : the module mscore was loaded but the call to dllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80131700

  can someone help me with this
