Just got my product key using a finder. I used it to activate windows and it says I can't use it and it's blocked. I also called the toll free number and the operator told me the same thing. I bought this laptop about 3-4 months ago from a mom and pops computer
shop. Do I attempt to take it back and call them counterfeiters or is there way to fix this problem. Buying a new product key s not an option for me btw. Please help
