Yellow Box appearing around tracked section in Outlook 2010 CRM client for CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi There,

    I mentioned this in a earlier post but doesn't look as if anyone experienced the same issue. A thin yellow border has appeared around the tracking section of the Outlook client. I am using Outlook 2010 with CRM 2011. It prompts the user for log in details, even though i've logged into Dynamics via the Outlook client already. A number of users are experiencing the same issue and as a consequence are unable to track.

  • Check the version of your CRM Outlook Client. Was there a server update introduced recently?

    We moved to new server hardware recently. Do you think there is a possibility this is linked?
