Unable to Upload/Download files via Remote Access. Please Help.

Dear All
I have reinstalled my whs recently, the installation went smooth, all updates are there, everything went perfect. i am on whs v1 & pp3. However,
I have noticed that uploading to whs via remote access is getting stuck after few kB. it is usually up to 100kB
Similar situation is with downloads, smaller files are fine, downloanding few folders is fine, larger files like movies getting stuck on: please wait while we prepare your files.
My router is set up properly, toolkit doesnt show any issues, browsing through the shares is smooth, downloading of some files is fine, some get stuck as mention.
It cannot be hardware issue since the server is new, and it was flying on previus installation. i used to upload thousands of photos and gigs of hd movies from holidays and it used to be fine.
I restarted whs, iss, installed service packs to net framework, nothing, issue remains.
I ran out of ideas. I had this issue once before and i endup with clean install. recently i have decided to risk the reinstallation as mentioned went perfectly until i have noticed this.
Please help,

Hello All
Sorry it took me so long to come back, I have found it.
It was antivirus installed on my WHS. Despite the fact i have File Server Edition of antivirus a tiny feture called link scanner was causing the issue.
All, if you have this issue like this, try to disable residental sields, emali, links etc. scanner it would be one of them.
Merry Christmas.

Anyone ?
Is it the net framework issue? or antivirus? or access to c drive of WHS?
What it might be?
Why i cant upload anything larger than 100kB, is it java script?
I have just tried to download any file, usuccessfull. Why?????
Please could you advise?
I hoped that the issue is quite common since i had it once and i suspect that one of the update buggered it.

Hi,
No, as far as I can tell what you describe is not a known issue.Did you try uploading from a different client?
Any add-ins or additional software installed. Other non-standard customisations done?- Theo.
