Hi, Vini_29_.
All Microsoft Dynamics exams are delivered through Prometric exclusively.
All of the MCTS and MCITP Dynamics exams will be retired on December 31, 2014. However, both of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 exams that you passed are actually the newer Specialist certifications that will not retire. Besides earning the MCP title, each exam gives you its associated Specialist title. The three (3) Dynamics NAV 2013 Specialist exams available are described here:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/dynamics-certification.aspx#item-ID0EAAAAACBAIn order to see your Microsoft certification transcript or download your certificates, you must make sure you can log into the Microsoft MCP site, accessible only to MCPs.
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspxHave you tried a different web browser? Sometimes IE can cause problems on the MCP site. Perhaps try Firefox or Chrome.
Alternately, if your MCP account is not set up correctly with your Live ID, you may need to contact Microsoft Learning support via phone or email. Gather all your information, including the emails, your MCP ID number, and your Prometric Candidate ID, which is printed on your passed exam result sheets. For fastest results, you can contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center on the phone. Unfortunately, you may need to wait until a weekday to call them. Please be ready to write down your case number so you can track the progress. Please use the following web page to find the correct contact information for help.

They will help you get this figured out. Alternately, you can send an email to Microsoft Learning Support. Their email address is mcphelp@microsoft.com

Good luck!
