    Hi,

    any body any idea when new version of LCDS & its viewer will be available?

    We are planning to develop few new courses, so need to know if new version is under planning we can wait for that.

    Currently course generated with LCDS 2.3 uses version 2.0.24.0 for the viewer, I am looking for viewer version 2.0.25.0. This version of viewer has excellent UI. Any body any idea how can  i use new viewer?

    Hi,
    The new version of LCDS will be available around March 22nd.  I will post an update here with the link once it becomes available.

    Things to look forward to with LCDS v2.4:

    ·         E-Learning created is Firefox 3.5 compatible

    ·         LCDS authoring is Windows 7 compatible

    ·         LCDS authoring and E-Learning created are Silverlight 3.0 compatible

    ·         Indexing, spell check, and print are compatible with Office 2007 and Office 2010

    ·         Refreshed thumbnail UI available, including for the Single SCO package option on the Create menu

    ·         Community authors get packaging options (SCORM 1.2 and Single SCO options) for the first time

    ·         Minimum topic limit is now 1 instead of 4

    ·         Additional language added for the viewer: Kazakh
