CRM 2011 - How to Stop Dashboard from refreshing when Window is resized?

I am having a html web resource in Dashboard which has few user selections (filters), when user does select some values from dropdown list on the web resource and after that if he resizes the window, whole Dashboard gets refereshed and all selection gets lost.

Is there any way to stop this refresh ?
