Include a child BU and your privilege rigths in a solution

  Hi all!

  I have a doubt about solution, follow my scenario:
  

  I created a new privilege right on CRM called "Test" and I want to include it in my solution. But this privilege was created in a BU child called "BU Child 1" and would like to take it too.
  

  Can I to include a child BU and your privilege rights in a solution?
