Subscription Problem RRS feed

  • I purchased OneCare a couple of days ago from the Microsoft website. I had had the free trial on my computer before, but it had expired. I uninstalled the expired version and installed the new version. 

    My issue is this:

    When I open OneCare, it says that the service is expired and to subscribe to continue receiving updates. When I click on subscribe and enter my Windows Live ID, it says this: "Unable to verify OneCare account status. OneCare activation cannot continue because of an issue with the registration system."

    It said that two days ago, and it's still saying it now.

    Is this an error on my side or OneCare's side?
