hi
I m integerating CCA accelerator with MSCRM 2011, after importing CTI hosted applications to MSCRM, when i m opening agent desktop then after spalsh screen agent desktop application showing an error "Desktop_err_fatal_error :A possible fatal error occured The application may now exit". i m stuck with this error and not getting any solution , somebody plese help me..

When this error occurs, in the lower right corner of the error window is a grabber, pull that down and right and you should see more information. If they does not tell you enough to solve it, paste it here.

Hi Lee,
Im also facing the same issue. Please help me out. I had configured the CCA as per the instructions. Everything was done properly. When i run the Agent Desktop i got below error.
DESKTOP_ERR_FATAL_ERROR:A possibly fatal error has occurred. The application may now exit.
