How to contact a Webmaster for Sysinternals Community Forum

Question
-
Have a friend who would like to post questions to Sysinternals Community Forum but her attempt to register for the Forum is being blocked. It appears to me she has done everything correctly. She has a Microsoft ID and PW. She can log in to Sysinternals Community Forum but when she tries to register her ID isn't recognized. When she tries to create a new user ID her email address is in use. I looked for a webmaster on the Sysinternals website and could not find one. Where can I find a webmaster who can correct this situation?

Dear David,
Thank you for your help. The link you provided enable me to discover an obsolete user name . Once I knew the name I was able to change the email address connected to it enabling Carol to create a new User Name with her email address. How did you find http://forum.sysinternals.com/forgotten_password.asp

I have a friend who would like to post questions to the Sysinternals Community Forum but when she tries to register for the forum she is told her User ID or Password don't match. She is using the same user name and password and as she used to log on to the Sysinternals Forum. It seems like when the system does work the way you expect you should be able to ask the web master for an explanation. I can't find away to contact the web master. Why is this?

This forum is for questions and discussions about the TechNet Wiki.
What is the url of the forum? Is it a TechNet or MSDN forum?
Edit: Is this the forum?

I see you asked how to contact a webmaster on July 5, but have no response as of now. Perhaps you can add to your question, explaining why you need assistance (unable to authenticate), giving the problem username.

That forum is a completely different platform. It doesn't look to use a microsoft account or MSDN profile for authentication.
Should be able to reset it here.http://forum.sysinternals.com/forgotten_password.asp
otherwise I'd try asking here. (may need to create a new account to logon and post)
