    Signed in and can move around my hotmail account. Created message and can't send. Flag says noticed unusual activity on my account and wants me verify. I verify account and confirm my mobile phone number. Go back and same problem.  I am the only one that uses my account so there is no unusual activity. Need help to resolve.
