  • I am new at using MS CRM but I want to be able to create an IT knowledge for internal purposes.  We are using CRM 2011.  Is there a way to create KB articles for IT only?  I need to be able to restrict some articles for IT only but allow other articles for the users as well.

  • Hey,

    There is a way to restrict access to the article.

    Do you use the business division of the CRM ? If yes, put all the IT user in the same sub-division and the rest of the user in other division.

    Then change the security role : Article : privilege level division.

    An IT user will be able to see article wich the owner is an IT user (Member of his division)
