About Outlook mail not working..

  Sir,

  I am using my id science 2015. my mail id is- (md.manjurhassanmondal@smude.edu.in).

  Now I can not receive any mail here. also when I send 1 to 1 mail that also not received my account. But I can login and logout my id. How can I know is my id working or not.
