Office Says It's Activated, but Microsift says it's not Genuine?!?!? RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I go into each Office program it says the programs are activated.  How can they be activated if they are not genuine?  Please help.  I need to do an update.

The strange part is that the diagnostics say it is Office XP, but the programs that need updateing (Word &Excel) says they are version 2002 in the HELP> ABOUT section.

I have attatched my diagnostics report....
