Cambria Math font won't print

We have XP x64 bit machines with Word 2007 where formulas that are using Cambria Math 12 point font will not print. The problem seems to be specific to XP x64 bit machines because other operating systems print fine. It does not matter what printer we use (Adobe, Xerox, HP) all that prints are lines where this font is used.. The formulas display correctly on the screen they just won't print. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you
