  • A and D is clearly wrong. Should be A and B. Not sure what to report this. Maybe at http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/help.aspx

  • There's a contact link for North America - unfortunately it just takes you to the default learning home page (if the page loads at all).

    Looks like they put about as much QA into their web design as they did on their knowledge check questions.
