CRM 2011: ability to highlight CRM records

Question

Hi.
I see in many articles describing new CRM 2011 features : "The ability to highlight and flag CRM records".
Is this feature available only via CRM for Outlook?
Thanks

Hi,
If you are referring to conditional formatting to change the colour of records in a view and flagging records by right clicking on them then yes, these are both features of the Outlook client.

Hi,
If a user shares a conditionally formatted personal view, then it should also appear as conditionally formatted for the users it is shared with. You can't apply conditional formatting to system views though unfortunately.
