Attachment size limit doesn't change although it's changed in System Settings ? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am a beginner in CRM 2011 and I have followed the steps on how to change the attachment file size limit in System Settings and I've changed the limit to 32 MB. I now try to attach a note of size 6.2 MB to an entity and I still receive the message "Attachment size too big, the limit is 5.2 MB". i tried to refresh, open and close the webapplication but still i receive the same error.

    Can you please help me solve this ?
