reinstalling one care on my comp RRS feed

     Hi

    My one care subscription has run out and i still had one copy left on the program I purchased.
    When I tried to reinstall it on my computer again it says I need to renew. Why would I have to
    renew it when its only been used on two computers thus far. I think I should be able to use the
    last one on my own computer again?

    Hello friskyturt, a One Care subscription is for a term of one year and allows you to protect up to three computers during the term of the subscription. It is not a license to install One Care on one computer for three years.
