error code 0033-80070643

  I have been trying to install Windows OneCare on my new computer.  I had originally had it installed but it shut down to reasons unknown to me.  When I have tried to reinstall it, I keep getting this error code..0033-80070643.  My question is why will it not reinstall on my computer?
