  • after reloading vista on my laptop i am unable to validate, same computer(no hardware changes) same vista.same product key that has been working for over a year. getting code0xc004c003 i'm not getting a phone number to validate with microsoft.i've run the advantage diagnostic tool and copied it but don't know how to paste it here, but it is showing me a different key number than any key that was ever used in this computer any help? thanks

    To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
    To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
