Sending email with an other mail box

Question
-
Dear all,
We are using CRM online 2013 for our business and have set up 3 users as follow :
-User 1
- User 2
- Info userUser 1 and 2 are company user that can login to with their own account on CRM. For those users, in and out mail box are setup to use Outlook.
The Info user, is the global company input mail box as info@mycompany.com. This mailbox is configure to user server synchronization for in and out email. This works fine.
We use that input box in order to queue general email querries, then user1 and 2 check in global queue items and pick up emails to proceed.
What we want to do next :
Whenever we are login to CRm with User 1 or User 2, we would like that each of those users can send email from CRM through the info email, this in order to not expose the user1 or 2 mail box. We would like to do this for instance when we send newsto our customers. Is this possible ? if yes how ?
regards
serge

Hi,
Here we have two users are enable to use only outlook and a info Queue is configured to in and out going direction in email router. We need to make sure info Queue is able to send mails outside ?? if yes
You can use From address as Info Queue, this will send the mails to outside using INFO q from user1 or user2 log-in.
Thank's
Vinay Kumar.

We have same requirement and seems that CRM doesn't support other mailboxes in outlook, only the logged on user. You will see that if an email is sent to both info and user, the user email will have the outlook tracking but not the info mail even though it is tracked. Very annoying and a typical requirement for most companies. And of course if you reply from info, you cannot track the reply. You have to send as the user or move it to your inbox. Anyone have a nice solution for this? Users will always want to use outlook so just using CRM isn't acceptable.Wednesday, July 30, 2014 6:46 AM

@Vinay, yes that is the solution to solve the issue. I find it out before I get your reply. you can effective define in the To field of your email the queue which is manage by the anonymous mail box, then any user can send email and send it to that queue.
