  If you have passed an exam and achieved the requirements to became a MCP, you can check you MC ID here:

  Hi,

  In addition to Pedro's suggestion, you can contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center. If you have the score report from an exam that you passed, you should locate it. The document will contain some identifying information that will help the representatives locate your record.  Here is the link to the page that lists the various regional service centers: https://mspartner.microsoft.com/en/us/Pages/Support/regional-service-centers.aspx
