Microsoft Customer Portal - Can't save charts after editing RRS feed

  • Hello,

    My name is Trevor and I work for Adxstudio. I am reporting a customer issue with the free customer portal accelerator. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue

    1. Create a blank new CRM org
    2. Import MicrosoftXrmCustomerPortal (1.0.0012) and Publish All Customizations
    3. Refresh CRM instance.
    4. Navigate to any entity (Contacts).
    5. Go to Charts in the ribbon bar and select a new chart.
    6. Select a field (Annual Income), select a Horizontal field (Address 1: City)
    7. Save Chart.
    8. Now change/modify chart.  Select a new field for Horizontal (Address 1: Country)
    9. Save - You get an unexpected error.

    Here is the errordetials.txt log file that I get from the CRM.

    Can you please confirm if this is an issue and log a ticket if it is? Also is there a support phone # for contacting Microsoft for issues regarding the customer portal accelerator?
