CRM 4.0 : Too slow to delete record

The speed is very slow and take 5 mins to delete just 5 records of account. I found the log file as following;

Date: 20/5/2554

Time: 14:2346

Type:error

Source: MSCRMDeletionService

ErrorID: 16387

Description :

Error: Deletion Service failed to clean up table=WorkflowBase

Please suggestion. Thanks in advance

I have did it as you suggestion, it seemed to be not worked. This situation happened only delete record. Please advice. Thanks in advance

Hi there,

There are information below that,i have done it

1. Roll up installed : 6,8,17

2, Created Registry value as following this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968755 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921391/EN-US/ for Deletion Service failed to clean up

3. Add the OLEDBTimeout

All of above help the performance a bit. Please suggestion. Thank you

Hi,

I did face the same problem and resolved it yesterday.

Do you have any Duplicate Detection jobs running? If so, then please check the the number of records in the table DuplicateRecordBase. If the count is very large then you will need to follow the steps as mentioned in this link.
