Software: Outlook 2010 + dCRM 2011
In Outlook emails are shown as tracked but "View in dCRM" returns "Record Is Unavailable: The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it."
The user would select to track the items, no error, but only later realized said items were not in dCRM. After resetting Outlook filters, see below, newly tracked emails are available in dCRM.
Outlook->File-->crm-->Options
Synchronization Tab-->Outlook Filters [Reset to default]
How do I scan through all email and get any that are showing as tracked but not actually in dCRM into dCRM?
