  • The issue is that the Outlook Client for Dynamics CRM 2011 is mapping incorrect CRM contacts and users as recepients to the outgoing emails. For instance, CRM Contacts that have no association with a case that is being tracked in the Outlook Client are showing up in the recepint list of the email. This has serious Privacy Breach implications.

    We recently rolled back the rollup installed on the client Citrix server, that the Outlook Client is configured on, to Rollup 6 from Rollup 15 in order to resolve issues with searching for resolved cases.
