MS Exchange Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 Support Classification RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I am working as a system engineer, I am also dealing with MS exchange related issue, but I'm confused on which level of support I'm providing.

    Can anyone help me to classify/differentiate between different levels of troubleshooting with respect to MS Exchange, so that accordingly I will prepare for upcoming challenges.

  • If you're referring to Microsoft Support's severity levels, you should ask them how they categorize them.  Few if any of us are support engineers.
