    Looks like
    SharePoint Legacy Versions - Using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath and Other Customizations-Forum
    suffers from a heavy spam-attack, maybe therefore it is high-ranking at 'popular forums'.

    For me it seems to be right, no diblicates.

    About two hours later Visual C# and Visual Basic are shown as duplicates.

    Live Labs Volta disappeared, but SharePoint Legacy Versions shouldn' t be there.

    Seen in FF 20.0 and IE 10 - Caches cleared.

    That can be a explanation for appearance as the Sharepoint forum now also disappeared.

    But is no explanation for the duplicates - Visual Basic / C#  are still duplicated.
    Maybe it is the same problem as seen in recent user/moderators lists.

    In Google Chrome I saw the duplicates.

    I've checked them again right now and there are still duplicates
