Forum for trouble with FONT installation?

I downloaded and installed the Egyptian hieroglyph fonts from:
http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/fonts-african.html#egyptianhieroglyphs

Now, however I cannot find any way to actually show or display the downloaded fonts. What went wrong?

Which Forum do I need to ask this in?
