Error installing visio professional 2007

  I am using an MSDN ISO image to install Visio Professional 2007 on my vista machine, it installs fine on windows xp, but when installing on vista, I get the error: Could not find Visprww.cab, The file is very much on the drive, when I point to it, it keeps saying "Invalid location". Please assist. This installation runs just fine on a windows xp box with no glitches!

   

  I tried to extract it to the hard drive and then install but I get the same problem, I also tried to change the compatibility mode to windows xp sp2, I still get the same error.
